Antique/Vintage 1936 Claude Lyons Signal Generator Type 605-B -

Claude Lyons signal generator Type 695-B circa 1936. Very rare signal generator made by the General Radio company of Cambridge Massachusetts and bares the mark "supplied by Claude Lyons" of Liverpool. This fine peace of laboratory equipment had a huge waveband stretching from 9.5KHz to 30MHz with a wavelength of over 31,500 meters. It has the usual marks and scratches that you would expect for something of this age but it is in overall above average condition compared to others of the sameo type. This is the only one I can find currently for sale as the few other examples I can find now reside in various museums. This item is for display or repair only as it is being sold in a untested condition.
