Large, empty gas cylinder ?

Large black metal gas cylinder. Previously held CO2, now empty. Was found in the shed when we purchased the property. Some external rust, but basically in good condition. Tap still turns, brass thread on connector still clean. Would perhaps be useful in welding? Stands around a meter tall.
